The Red Keep, the ruling seat of House Targaryen and the Iron Throne.

The Red Keep delights the court with its many accommodations. The walls of the Red Keep hold more secrets than perhaps any other castle in Westeros.
1.
Arrivals in Kings Landing!
Upon the invitation of King Aerys I. Targaryen, representatives of the Great Houses have arrived in the red keep. Although the King ordered the reconstruction of his small council and the filling of all empty seats, he is seldom to be found. He has left most responsibilities to his new Hand of the King: Lord Melwyn Rosby.

Positions to be filled on his grace's small council include:
- A new master of coin, to administer the crowns debts and taxes.
- A new master of laws, to keep the petty lords in line.
- A new master of ships, to reconstruct the royal fleet.
- A new master of whispers, to learn about dangers from within and across the narrow sea.

Acts of loyalty to both the King's and his Hand, Lord Rosby's causes will be paramount to qualify for the small council. The Hand will be waiting for his new guests to prove their competence to occupy these positions.

Past Omens of Winter...

The Ironborn Assemble:

The Reavers of the Iron Islands voyaged on singular vessels or in small groups up and down the sunset sea, raiding villages and wall-less towns.

Now they seem to be organizing in larger fleets under a new Lord Reaper of Pyke. This Dagon Greyjoy is taking his Ironborn fleet to larger settlements and even across the summer sea to the eastern bays of Westeros.

- As raids become more frequent, it is important to support the affected lands and protect by rebuilding and rearming. All lords must pool through bids:
A total of 2 coin, 2 supply, 1 materials, and 1 arms.

Failure: if the shores of Westeros are not properly supported, further raiding might continue. Additionally, the lowest bidder is hit hardest, losing 1 coin and 1 supply.
